North Augusta Renovation
We had the unique opportunity of working with these repeat clients to renovate a large portion of the main floor of this century-old home. The two-stage project included building a small addition to create a bathroom worthy of a spa-day, swapping the kitchen and dining room, and creating a functional laundry space & foyer. The original hardwood flooring was preserved and reinstalled, and custom preservation applied to the original hand-hewn beams flanking the front door. There was also a custom cutting board created from the maple butcherblock we removed from the kitchen installed by Heritage Kitchen and Bath over 20 years ago. Maple cabinetry, quartz and black walnut butcherblock countertops, and artisanal tile-work made this home look new again!
